Last 16th November OMERA in Chiuppano (VI) bought out 100% of shares of PRESSE ROSS in S. Anna di Rosà (VI).
OMERA, thanks to this buyout, strengthens and completes its position in the world of C-frame and double uprights presses with different tonnage, strengthening its natural proneness to be successful in the sector of the sheet metal working and stamping.
In addition to the hydraulic presses, the trimming-beading machines and the automatic lines for the sheet metal working, now are also available the mechanical presses. OMERA follows directly the mechanical presses productions, innovative designer and marketing providing a more complete service to the sheet metal working world.
On the other side, OMERA continues with the production of ironworkers and automatic punching machines, its historical product.
OMERA’s intent, thanks to this buyout, is to exceed the turnover of 25 mln of Euros during year 2010 working at its two premises in Vicenza, in Rosà and in Chiuppano.
