The Quality Project assumes strategic relevance for OMERA and consists in the development of continuous action in compliance with the requisites of UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 for the purpose of increasing and maintaining company competitiveness through the constant improvement of products, services, processes, and image.
OMERA intends to supply both services and products in order to propose itself as the customer's ideal partner for his complete satisfaction.
We have had ISO 9001 Quality Certification for over 10 years, and now vaunt the "VISION 2000" version.
